Ingredients
• 1 Matcha + Collagen sachet (contains 1.5g ceremonial-grade matcha + 5g VERISOL® collagen peptides)
• 150ml chilled coconut water
• 150ml chilled sparkling water
• Juice of ½ lime
• Ice cubes
• Lime wheel and fresh mint, to garnish (optional)
Method
• Add the Matcha+ Collagen sachet to a tall glass.
• Pour in the coconut water and stir until fully dissolved.
• Add the lime juice and plenty of ice.
• Top with sparkling water and gently stir.
• Garnish with a lime wheel and fresh mint, then enjoy.
