ORDER STATUS

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you selected tracked shipping you should receive an email or text from the courier company once it has been dispatched.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

UAE orders:

Same day delivery (Dubai only) - 15.00 AED 
Orders confirmed before 1pm qualify for same day delivery (up to 9pm). 

Next day delivery (Dubai only) - 12.00 AED for orders under 200.00 AED. 
Orders confirmed before 4pm qualify for next day delivery.

Next day delivery (All other emirates) - 20.00 AED for orders under 200.00 AED. 
Orders confirmed before 4pm qualify for next day delivery

Free next day delivery (All emirates) for orders 200.00 AED+.
Orders confirmed before 4pm qualify for next day delivery. 

 

UK orders:
Amazon Economy Shipping (2-5 days) - £3.35

Orders confirmed before 1pm are dispatched the same day and shipped via Amazon Shipping's Tracked Economy service. Please allow 2-5 business days from the dispatch date to receive your order.

Amazon Priority Shipping (Next day) - £5.20
Orders confirmed before 1pm are dispatched the same day and shipped via Amazon Shipping's Tracked Next Day service. Please allow 1 business day from the dispatch date to receive your order.

Free tracked Economy delivery for orders £30.00+.

International orders:
We offer Royal Mail tracked services for international orders. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Please note that you be subject to import duties and taxes applied at the country of delivery. All charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Free tracked international delivery for orders £60.00+.

We do not ship to Spain, Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Russia at this time. 

PROCESSING TIME

Same-day processing if the order is placed by 11:00 am (UK).

Same-day processing if the order is placed by 4:00pm (UAE).

WRONG ORDER RECEIVED

DAMAGED ORDER

Please inspect your order upon reception and e-mail us at hey@shakeyourplants.com with your order number in the subject line and a picture of the damaged item.

MISSING PACKAGES

If you don't receive you package within the proposed timeline, or any notification from us, please email us at hey@shakeyourplants.com with your order number in the subject. We will respond within 1 working day.

REFUNDS

We currently do not offer refunds. We are working on it, so please watch this space.
In the case your order is damaged or lost, please email us at hey@shakeyourplants.com with your order number in the subject and we will respond within 1-2 working days. We will be more than happy to find a solution.
